We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Returns

- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

- Certain items, such as custom-built PCs and specific accessories, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for any return restrictions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@innovationestore.com with your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting images (if applicable).

- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please do not return any items without first receiving authorization from our team.

3. Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item being shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 - 12 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items :Non-returnable products include,

- Custom-built PCs

- Software and digital products

- Perishable goods

- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

- Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging and accessories

5. Refund Processing

- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
